ARLINGTON, Texas — Patriots outside linebacker Matthew Judon was announced as doubtful to return after injuring his elbow early in the fourth quarter of Sunday’s game against the Cowboys.

The four-time Pro Bowl selection briefly went into the Patriots’ blue medical tent before departing for the locker room.

Judon’s injury came two quarters after the Patriots lost first-round pick Christian Gonzalez for the rest of the game due to a shoulder injury. Judon and Gonzalez are two of the Patriots’ best overall players.
